Anyone else get left sided pain in the chest and up neck (that has already been checked out for serious things) that lasts for a few hours at a time? It feels just feels tight and achy. I’ve tried massaging and heat but to no avail.

Yes I had that on beginning of my fibro I didn't know then that I have fibromylagia had lots of chest and front neck pain. Went through so many tests from x-rays to scopes down my stomach blood work, heart monitor etc. Everything was normal but pain was there . When I start having pain all over finaly after 3y went to see rheumatologist who diagnosed me with fibro. Now I have sometimes but its not bad like before comes and goes. Hope you feel better 🤗

Do you think you might have acid reflux. Try some Malox or a Tums and see if that helps?
