I am taking Tizanidine 2mg a day. It really seems to keep my system calmed down and I don't want to stop taking it. It was only given to me to take for a short period of time for my back. I have no refills and am scared to run out of it. Not sure the Doc. will refill.

What do you mean by 4 Mag's? I've tried to take Magnesium a couple of times. I don't tolerate it very well and end up stopping it. Ok, wait you mean you take one pill that is a mix of 4 different kinds of Mag? I didn't know there where different ones?

My pain doc prescribes that to me to take daily as part of my regular regimen for my fibro. I dont see why they wouldnt let you stay on it.

If it works organise a telehealth appt with your gp. Let them know it works and they should issue a new script

I use Cabot Health, magnesium. It's a combination of 4 Mags and it's the best I've ever used. Our poor fibro body's need a lot of mag supplementation.
Give it a go it's great.
