Hello Everyone! So I have a question. Right now I use flexiril, cymbalta, gabapentin and Tylenol 4 for my pain. Really without the muscle relaxer they hardly work. When i take the muscle relaxer it's literally just enough to get out the bed or complete daily tasks. So I have been looking into tramadol and asking my doctor about it. Is anyone using or have used and can share there experience?
Thanks :)

No pills work I know I've been prescribed so much since 1991 that know I'm using liquid marajuana I find it helps and there's no side effect,
I hope Tramadal works for you. For me I might as well have been taking M&Ms. I am now on 30 mg Morphine with 10 mg oxycodone for break through pain and it only takes it down to a 5. Good luck and you have my prayers.
I use tramadol every day. If I dont take it every morning I can't get going. I take 50mg 1-2 times a day. Been on it for 4 years.
I was using tramadol to get me through work days when the pain was bad, it helped me. Started to see a rheumatologist, and he doesn't want me to take it anymore. Wants to switch things up. I think a lot of doctors are shying away from pain medications. That is sad when you need something for pain. But if your doc will prescribe it is worth trying out.
Tramadol works on the nerve pathways that affect fibromyalgia so it is the best drug to take for fibro pain. I have been taking tramadol for about 15 years at a dose of 200 mg slow release tabs every 12 hours to prevent breakthrough pain . If u miss a tablet u will feel like a truck has run you over ..I take effexor 150mg x 2 in the morning also due to my brain not producing serotonin. Apparently it occurs in 40% of fibro cases. When I first started taking tramadol I kept falling asleep and falling off my chair etc but my body adapted to them and I have no negative side effects at all. So give it a try because it is one of the safer pain meds.
