Members validated the experience of internal tremors, vibrations, and numbness that doctors often dismiss as anxiety, with many describing similar sensations like being on a moving train, feeling vibrations in certain positions, or experiencing bouncing eyeball feelings that can last days or weeks before disappearing. Several members shared practical coping strategies including resting in bed, changing body positions when the vibrations occur, writing down symptoms to track patterns, and recognizing that extreme emotions or fatigue can trigger these episodes. A recurring theme was the relief of finding community support after feeling dismissed or doubted by doctors, with members encouraging each other to trust their own bodies, document new symptoms without panic, and lean on the collective wisdom of those who have navigated fibromyalgia longer.

I get like that a lot. I have just an abnormal feeling of being unwell and feel weak, shaky, etc. It's no fun and can make me very emotional as well. Hope all is well.

Hi, I’ve experienced this sensation too. I’ve found it can last for a few weeks then disappears. When I first experienced this it was around that time that I became super sensitive to vibrations in the environment such as car engines and sometimes I couldn’t tell if it was me vibrating or something else! I tried to explain it to my doctor and he looked at me like I was crazy.

Yes I have experienced this symptom, especially if very tired. I would get into bed and in a certain position...laying on my side I feel this vibration. You describe it well as I found it hard to describe. It would go if I changed positions. Havnt had it for a while.

I have, yes. For me, it came after an extreme emotion, whether happy or angry or sad.
