How does one cope in times of this global pandemic?
We have to stay inside 24/7, children are home 24/7, have to deal with all this while having pregnancy symptoms and fibromyalgia symptoms in the same breath.
Does anybody have tips on how to stay relaxed during all this? It is very overbearing, especially in my 3rd trimester.
I wonder the same thing every day! I am almost 35 weeks pregnant and my fibromyalgia symptoms are getting terrible, in addition to the other health conditions I suffer from. I saw a chiropractor yesterday and I think that might help with some of my pains, but just taking it easy and trying not to stress! Having a strong support system is now more important than ever, so talking to family and friends, as well as maybe trying out telehealth session with a therapist. We just have to be strong and we will get through this! I also saw a video on TV and social media that shows a woman born during the influenza pandemic of the early 1900s, that really reminded me that I can do this, and I will be just fine through this. Good luck and hugs!
Definitely a great question and I hope someone gives tips. Iām not pregnant but staying home 24/7 dealing with this and trying my best to keep my one child happy and occupied is hard sometimes. Not being able to go out really like normal seems to be adding on some depressed feelings as well.
