yes, all nerve sensations are naturally hightenend at the skin for your protection against damage, e.g. burns etc. Fibro makes all your nerves "jangle " i.e. much more sensitive than normal. try Cymbalta/ Gababpentin ot nerve suppliment like P.E.A. ( Pamintoylethanolamide) it is the compound on the nerve which helps it deal with pain .
good luck let's know what happens
That happens to me on my legs and a few other places. It lasts way longer than normal too. I recently started PT with a pelvic physical therapist for an unrelated issue and she works out knots in the weirdest places- like the inner thigh. It has been better since then and I’ve had that bruise feeling for years.
I was diagnosed with chronic pain syndrome, but my family doctor also thinks its fibro. I suffer from many different painful effects from it, as well as what you speak of. I'm tender to the touch (some spots on my body worse than others). The pain seems to move to different areas day by day. Sometimes my muscles feel like they've been pulled or injured in some way. The pain lasts anywhere between a few hours to a few days.
Sounds like fibro,i had same, was my first symptom as well.
I have had most of those and RhA but it all falls under same umbrella Fibro. Are you on medication ? Päivi 🇬🇧
