Members warmly welcomed a newcomer asking about the platform, explaining that MyFibroTeam is a free, family-style community where people with fibromyalgia and their loved ones share experiences, support, and understanding without judgment. Several members described the site as a place to ask questions, connect with others who truly get what living with fibromyalgia is like, and find both practical advice and emotional encouragement from compassionate peers. A recurring theme was the relief and hope that comes from finally having a space where members don't have to explain their condition or fear being misunderstood, with many expressing gratitude for the friendships and solidarity they've found here.

Yer team is called just that "my fibro team" cause we all on the same team. Welcome to the team. Some times I am like "yay a new person!" and other times I am like "Oh no another person in pain" But it all comes to the " Woot, another person to share with and love."

Adding to your personal group is just saying I want to hear and see what these like minded folks are saying.

In saying that will add you to my group of folks.. We don't just share information on this site, we share love, laughter, joy, heartache, etc... we are a family style community.

Hugs, shine bright, you've got this.

Wow! Thank you all so much! I am feeling so.....not sure what it is lol. I have had so few times Ive ever been able to feel like someone gets me, no fear of judgement, no anxiety about attempting to explain what this is like, I could go on and on. Im also very used to being the “fixer/helper/problem solver/listener/empathizer”; so this is completely unknown territory for me, and in a way uncomfortable, but truly in the wag that it’s so foreign to me. I had no idea what to expect when I signed up to try this group out. I can honestly say I am overwhelmed with gratitude, hope, and a little sense of relief and excitement. So thank you all again. You have greatly helped to change my while day around and given me an outlook like I’ve never experienced before.
