Recently I have had a lot of upper back and shoulder and neck issues. On top of that I’ve developed chest pain on the sides and under the breast on the rib. I also have Costochondritis and get ribcage pain and breast pain cannot always breathe properly and wear my bras loose.
Unfortunately it is a Symptom of Fibromyalgia.

It’s costochondritis most likely. I’ve had that for the past two weeks on and off - pain in ribs, burning sensation down center of the chest, felt like a wheeze but there was nothing really there, and making myself cough didn’t really alleviate it. It felt like a vibration. So strange! The joys of Fibro 😭
