I have inflammation most of the time even if I take anti inflammatory drugs , it minimizes inflammation but it still present so i was thinking of change my diet to anti inflammatory diet
Does any one do this? Is it will make difference?
Yes! I went vegan for almost a year and felt my best, however I lost too much weight (I'm already thin) so my Dr recommended I go off. Now I'm more on a paleo-immune diet (so I can eat meat but avoid grains). I also have been glutten free for over a decade because wheat is horrible for me and increases inflammation.
Also high alkaline water to go with your higher alkaline diet is recommended. You can read all about it on line. Also talk to your specialist about Ententzyme Forte by biotics. My chiro prescribed to reduce muscle inflammation and it works miracles for me. But has to be purchased by a doctor, and one who is open to alternative meds (not just prescription drugs)..
And yes as Kimlane suggestion, ginger and tumeric are also naturally anti inflammatory.
Good luck. I've been there.

Zoes
Hi HebaN, Recently I have been taking fresh ginger and tumeric grated ,it has been helping for joint pain and inflammation .
You poor thing! I'm sure it will and anything sugary. I find the more sugar I take, the worse the pain is. Good luck š
My diet goes like this- no Dairy, Gluten, sugar, fat, Salicylates, preservatives, candida diet.... so ther's not much else I can cut out but have noticed over yrs (50yrs with Fibro ) that if I eat red meat I have terrible pain next day, can't heardly get out of bed, but Cymbalta has helped enourmously
I've been eating the anti inflammatory diet for 12 months now. I was desperate, feeling like my life was one Big Flare. The diet works, it really does. Good luck š
