I would recommend that you rent one from a pharmacy or health care Store and try it out not everyone can use a Tens Machine with Fibromyalgia.

If your body cannot handle it at least you can give it back and get your deposit back.

At least you haven't gone to the trouble of buying one outright.

Because I cannot use them at all find them very painful, as well as I can't have massages either because I am more painful afterwards.

Hi , when I read that massages give you more pain afterwards I had to chime in as I too suffer from that. Some of my family think I'm crazy when I tell them that...also I use a device called Quell for moderate pain relief. It's similar to a tens but you wear it on your leg under your knee. I find it totally takes the arthritis pain away in my hands and thumbs but doesn't do much for the severe FM pain. I still need tramadol and Lyrica to keep that in check.

I like my tens unit it Gave me temporary relief from my nerve pain in my feet! I would just put the stick on tabs on my feet & slowly turn the knob to I felt something, then all of a sudden my pain would turn into a numbing tingling feeling & after im finished my feet would feel lighter if that’s makes any sense?
