I had this today at work. I got hot as well.
I think it's also called orthostatic intolerance and is also known as POTS. I have never researched if there is a distinction between the names however πββοΈπββοΈ Hope this helps. Oh, some medications also cause this as well. π₯°π₯°π₯°π€Hugs

Yes. I was diagnosed with mediated hypotension 2 decades ago and instructed to consume a "helluva lotta salt." But I was able to get a vasoconstrictor medication called pro amatine, now a generic called mitodrine. I still take it as needed.
I do. I now carry anti nausea meds and my migraine meds with me all the time because I never know when it will come. I would ok one minute then next thing you know, it hits me for no reason.
