Members strongly related to the experience of feeling internal shaking or vibrating with fibromyalgia, describing sensations ranging from subtle quivering under the skin to feeling like an electric current is running through the body, with one member even mistaking their own vibrations for an earthquake. Several members shared that the tremors worsen with anxiety, overexertion, poor sleep, or high cortisol levels, and some found reassurance in learning this is a recognized fibromyalgia symptom rather than a sign of conditions like Parkinson's disease. A recurring theme was the distress of losing former abilities like taking steady photos and the relief of discovering that others share this deeply uncomfortable yet invisible symptom.

I dont know if anyone else knows about MTHFR i have 2 genetic mutations of it. And it elevates my cortisol levels i believe that along with PTSD has caused the fibro. Because i didnt get really bad until ive gotten older but i did have some minor issues when i was young. Just a thought...i think the high cortisol levels is what makes me shakey but im not a dr and cant be sure. Hope everyone is well as can be. Prayers and gentle hugs.💜💜
