I feel like i have the flu when i’ve done too much/ not slept enough in a weekend! Also, I get the shakiness too. I did some Pilates last night and my right arm has been shaking and weak feeling all day. It’s just a reminder we need some extra rest and TLC after pushing it. Hope you feel better ❤️
Yes and Yes. Only thing that I can find that help is rest.
I was just going to ask the same thing about the shaking!! I’m glad you posted this cause I have been getting a little worried about it and really haven’t looked into it cause I can’t handle any more illnesses on top of fibro! This illness is the absolute worst and has so many symptoms, you feel like you’re going crazy some days!!
yes and yes and yes now rest rest rest if i do to much the same happens to me as well so i rest god bless you take care and be well love brother fibroman
Sounds like you pushed yourself too hard. Physically or mentally. Over time you will figure out where your boundaries and limits are. I say this because I am learning where mine are and I still push myself past them often. When I do.. the next day I can hardly climb out of bed. And once my body realizes..hey, the stress is over..on come the shakes. ( if they don’t start in the middle of a stressful situation) been at work... 3rd 9 hour shift in a row and start shaking where I can hardly type and imagine trying to count tablets with the shakes 😂. 5...10.. oops 15 flying across the room.
