Has Anyone Got Any Tips On How To Manage Restless Legs And Arms?

I've had slot of sleepless nights with restless legs and arms and it always starts when I've got home from work shattered and in pain. I can kind of manage my legs when I've had tramadol and rest my feet on a cold pack but I'm struggling with my arms. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks for your help, I'll try the tonic water and will see my GP if it doesn't work.

I used to get real bad restless legs at night. I happened to be low in iron and got injections and randonly my restless legs stopped. Not sure if it was to do with low iron but i was pleased it stopped. Maybe get your iron levels checked?

I found out that Benadryl, coffee, antihistamines and some antipsychotic meds contribute to restless leg. I was taking Benadryl to sleep so I changed that to loratadine and melatonin and no coffee after 3pm and it helped a lot. google it and you might find the answers you are looking for. Just keep in mind, what works for me may not work for you.
