I was wondering if the worst symptom of fibromyagia is different for each of us

For me I think the restless legs and arms are the worst because I get this more or less all the time and literally want them sawing off at times
Take extra care

Members shared deeply personal experiences about their most challenging fibromyalgia symptoms, with restless legs and arms emerging as a particularly distressing issue that many described as making them want to "saw off" their limbs, though several found relief through Gabapentin at proper dosages. The conversation revealed how varied fibromyalgia presentations can be, with members also highlighting crushing fatigue that persists regardless of rest, all-over body pain described as feeling like constant flu, debilitating brain fog that makes simple conversations difficult, and severe headaches, with many experiencing multiple symptoms simultaneously. A recurring theme was the importance of staying as active as possible through gentle movement like yoga and walking, advocating for oneself with doctors about medications and symptom management, and finding solidarity in a community that truly understands the invisible yet relentless nature of this condition.

Mine is the brain fog. Where once I was able to carry on a half way intelligent conversation, now the words I want to say are floating somewhere in space and communication has become so hard for me. Granted, I do have good days from time to time but, for the most part, I keep to myself due to the fog.
