I went for a late dinner with a glass of Pinot Noir. Before getting to the restaurant, I could feel pains on my arms, shoulders and back. After I took the glass of red wine, the pains eased out. I’m curious if perhaps red wine is a good pain relaxer? My other pain meds like Vicodin have stopped working recently

I’m going to try to take one glass of wine per night and see if that helps ease the pain and my sleep. I will keep you posted.
