Enlarged lymphnodes axilla

I have enlarged and painful lymph nodes in both my axillas for more than 4months - had sonar and mammogram - not breast related.
Can this be due to fibromyalgia

Im not 100% sure but i have one above my thyroid. It comes and goes and theres no reason for it. I notice with hormones mine gets larger. I hope this helps a bit.
