Just struggling to organise everyday things in house. Let alone with running my dance school.

Yes it's called Fibro Brain Fog it causes confusion and one of the normal symptoms of Fibromyalgia is forgetting things, all the things that you described.
Forgetting things happens to me all the time, and it is very annoying.
Fibromyalgia really does terrible things to your mind and your body. Sending You Prayers. Blessings Gentle Hugs πππππ π€
It would be nice if doctors and assessors remember that this happens. My children joke that they think Iβm getting dementia or something. Mostly we laugh about it but it is frightening when you canβt figure out your monthly bills or remember your neighbours name after living there for 7 years. My recent assessor for pip said I could remember whatever it was she said and that I could spell the word world backwards if perhaps a little slower. REALLY! I could prob recite my old phone number from 20 years ago but canβt remember what day it is today. Can someone please educate people on this really cruel and changing condition. π
Yes, it's constant. I have to write EVERYTHING down, or it just floats out of my head. Even really important things get forgotten if I don't put them on the list. I hate it. I used to be smart!!
Yes my memory problems have really upset me. Some days are worst than others. I have sticky notes everywhere lol xx
