Does anyone ever have days that just seem to be over so fast you wonder were the day went.

I know everyone has those oh today just flew by.
But this is different I feel like I had just woke up n I'll be going to be in 3-4 hours. My day is just gone. N I don't remember it either.

Members connected over the disorienting experience of losing track of time and memory throughout the day, with many identifying it as fibro fog, a common symptom of fibromyalgia that causes confusion, forgetfulness, and difficulty recalling daily activities. Several members shared practical coping strategies, including using sticky notes as reminders, taking short afternoon naps to help the body reboot, scheduling appointments later in the morning to account for slower routines, and retracing steps when forgetting why they entered a room. A recurring theme was the relief and validation of discovering that fibro fog is a real, named condition rather than personal failure, with members expressing deep gratitude for a community that truly understands their daily struggles.

I think it just takes me so long to do everything that it seems like the time goes by faster. That's why I try to have all my appointment later in the morning because it takes at least two hours after I get up before I get out of my room. What I used to do in ten minutes now takes two hours. Crazy!

It what we call "brain fog" sort of confused and forgetful..happens to me all the time..
have to sort of put post it notes on my fridge and in purse to remind..not easy but something we with Fibro go thru day in and out..if you can take a nap in afternoon or when you get home from work..even 15 mins laying down just to make ur body re-boot and re-fresh..one day at a time..gentle hugs...

Only within the few years did I ever hear about the "fibro fog" so I have finally realize it's not all in my head..there is actually a name to why I feel like I am not normal. We have a chronic condition and I am thankful for being able to talk to others who are going through the same symptoms I have.

I too have had days like that and it happens to me at work and I swear I didn't nothing constructive and I can't recall exactly what I did for over 8 hours. Scary at times but having fibro no two days are alike.
