So I’ve seen this app a few times and was wondering if anyone has tried it? Would love to hear what you think of it?
I’ve been using it for a couple of months and found some food stuff in it. There is definitely a few of the tools that don’t really apply to my situation but the app allows you tontepsond and them makes adjustments (brain training section). The meditation section is good.
I also use Headspace which I think is better for basic guided meditation.
I tried the trial and what I thought of it is that, its a really expensive meditation guide which I practice meditation pretty regularly. They have some goods ideas and ways of looking at things. I would def buy if it was more afforable for me.
