Team Members as of lately .I have been itching very badly on my body and I also have long red like scratch marks appearing from time to time .and also very itchy has anyone had theses kind of marks (long red )
I use Jason gluten free body wash! It is the only thing I have found that does not make me itch.
Yes I do! Mine usually are painful but don't itch. Try a sensitive skin body wash or soap and see if it help
Don't scratch! You'll itch more from scratching.
Usually will itch more at night.

If you are having palpitations, have you had an ECG when it is happening?
Dont assume it is Fibro
It could be an arrhythmia
