I use Jason gluten free body wash! It is the only thing I have found that does not make me itch.

I always have my back *itch, after showering. This morning, I applied some
*Dr. Teal's Body Oil With PURE Epsom Salts on my wash cloth along with the liquid soap. It has a nice fragrance, for those who would want to use, "As Is." This kept me from having any "Anti-Itch" gel applied to my back!

I have to be careful, when scratching. Especially now that I have fake nails. We don't know WHAT we do when sleeping! I try to use a pair of Cotton gloves, with lining turned inside-out. I then apply hand lotion at bedtime. If gloves come off, this give more of a chance for red marks.
Main key: Keep Body Moisturized! Whether with oils or lotions. This will help.

I do as well. It originally started awhile ago and would mainly come just before bed and mainly on my arms. Nowadays, it fluctuates, but my arms are still the primary. πŸ€—πŸ’•πŸ¦‹

Yes I do! Mine usually are painful but don't itch. Try a sensitive skin body wash or soap and see if it help

***Kim,

Another suggestion! Look in the grocery stores, where they have those small items for sale--in a LONG, "Box!" Here, one place has reduced some products for .50! Get a small spray gun to put the oil, inside! One doesn't need much! Just a few drops! Maybe you can use a sponge on a handle to apply the oil? Hmm. A thought.

My Kim,

The *Lamer body butter sounds good, also! I THINK we got *Dr. Teals at *Walmart. I'm almost certain I've seen at *CVS Drug Stores, also.
I SO Agree with you on "The Bra!" Once I'm home, it comes "OFF!" I have *one particular hook that keeps coming undone! So I try to NOT wear. LOL! I do not like the tightness of the bra. My skin is much more sensitive. I don't wear the wire bras. Too confining. I have some halters with NO adjustments. But all are SO Tiny! Maybe one day, I'll fine something that feels the correct size. Agape.

Kim,

I know EXACTLY what you are going through! You explain it, "Spot On!"

1. I have changed the shower setting. It used to BOMBARD my back, So HARD! So a *Pulse setting can help, *Some. Also, turning water force, down.
2. Water temperature! I find the *Hot Water "sneaking up on me," after a while. So I'm adjusting the temperature down to a cooler setting, when possible.
3. AFTER a shower, skin MUST Be Moisturized! Remember. You have JUST washed off a lot of natural oils. The back and shoulders are not "easy-to-reach" places.
A. As of now, I am using *CeraVe *Facial Cream. That's right! It better absorbs into the skin. And only a small amount is needed. Has *No Fragrance!
B. *Dr. Teal's Body Oil. This has a light, but nice fragrance. Mixing both, the facial cream begins to curdle.

A T-Shirt may be needed to wear, over application. A second application later that evening, would be good. I JUST finished having a *SECOND application, today! *As soon as I felt itching begin. And when material touches my skin? Yes. I "feel the itch!"

4. When the itch STILL persist, I use *Anti-Itch Gel! It must be applied *thin and *quickly. Dries fast! Will start to peal if body is constantly rubbed.

I hope these suggestions, help. I still battle with the symptoms. But I am fighting them! Do let me know how you are doing, Kim. God Bless.
