Members opened up about the frustrating reality of fibromyalgia-related brain fog and chronic pain, with many describing difficulty remembering conversations, forgetting words mid-sentence, and struggling to keep up with daily life. Several members shared practical coping strategies, including writing things down immediately, using iPads to store important information, lowering their heads and closing their eyes to focus during conversations, requesting quieter seating in restaurants, and eating gut-friendly foods like broccoli, yogurt, bananas, and sauerkraut to reduce inflammation and pain. A recurring theme was the exhausting cycle of managing overlapping conditions like fibromyalgia, neuropathy, and diverticulitis, where foods that help one condition can worsen another, leaving members feeling isolated, frustrated, and desperate for relief that current medications often fail to provide.

The more you lower your pain your joints will be healthier. I read an an article
about inflamation...It is all connected to our intestines... food sets in the stomach and gut bacteria starts...then goes into the intestines...then seeps into the body/joints and causes pain...Suggested cleaner is to eat one or two of these cut up about 20 to 30 minutes after eating... Cut in small pieces one of these ...wheat bran...celery...Yogurt broccoli...lentils...
Oatmeal flakes...Chickpeas...
Green ..Artichokes Asparagus...bananas...Legumes... Garlic..Veggies...
saurcrout..red onions ... whole purple grapes-the skins help of ...all of these clean out the Gut bacteria and spoilege...and allows the immune system to become healthier and lowers inflamation. I have added this to my health practice and have seen a big difference. Try it for about for 1 or 2 weeks. Try only one or two at a time on the list at a time. 🤸‍♂️🤸‍♂️🤸‍♂️🤸‍♂️⛹️🏌️🤺🙆Good luck...and good health will build up!!.

I know how you feel K9LUVR, I'm the same ,the last 3to4 weeks have been hell,I have been in hospital for diverticulitis only come home yesterday,I had morphine and 3 different lots of very strong antibiotics, helped a little with my bowel pain ,not much elsewhere, trying to explain what had been going on was nigh impossible with the brain fog as I just cant form the conversation,
Shersher ,all the foods you listed I cant eat I even had to stop the raw veggies I eat because they aggravate the diverticulitis , I just cant win , no fibre no dairy nuts or seeds ,just causes more depressin that seems to make the pain worse, such a vicious circle to live in.
I thank you all for your help and support it means so much to me. I hope you all have a good day,

Brain fog is real and it's frustrating. Can't remember my kids growing up. That hurts. I forget stuff all the time.
