Am getting so fatigued that I'm just falling asleep without noticing I'm doing it. It's just every time I try and rest next thing I know am being woken up. When you think my partner don't believe fibromyalgia is a "real" illness am sure you can imagine the fun conversations it causes

Members overwhelmingly related to the experience of unexpectedly falling asleep due to fibromyalgia fatigue, with many describing how exhaustion collides with insomnia to leave the body desperate for rest at unpredictable times. Several members shared strategies that have helped manage daytime fatigue, including Adderall or stimulant medications, vitamin B12 and D supplements, CBD oil, regular movement breaks, and sleep studies to rule out conditions like sleep apnea. A recurring theme was compassionate frustration with partners or loved ones who dismiss fibromyalgia as not real, with the community offering strong validation and encouragement to keep advocating for oneself while managing the dual burden of chronic illness and misunderstanding at home.

Yes! Dr said it's because I'm not having restful sleep because I keep waking up all through the night

I can nod off very easily. I think the insomia combined with the exhaustion make the body starved for sleep.

I am forever nodding off. Luckily i do have an extremely understanding partner. However, i relate to the heabiness and comments from otgers advisingvtrying various herbs or potions to help. Daily i get a feeling whereby i can kiterally feeln the energy drain from me. I kniw its going to happen as i become spaced out, cant think straight, slow and totally lacking concentration. I will literalluy start nodding off wherever i am if sitting. If i am busy one day i can hardly move the next. Do you rekate to this. Do i feel liw at times? Yes though i try not to.

Yes, but it used to be a lot worse. I started taking CBD oil, and that seems to help with the fatigue and nausea I was having quite a bit.
