I have recurrent aches and pains In my hands and wrists. There is no redness and no swelling. Its a deep ache and I would honestly think its in the joint, but then when rubbed there is the feeling of tight muscles. But there is also clicking and grinding. I have had fibromyalgia flares that have caused extreme pain in my hands. There are arthritis gloves that I wear that helps sometimes. But what I have found that helps the most is Epsom salts baths, low histamine diet, organic diet as much as possible. I've also found that magnesium cream, and Biofreeze are topical creams that have helped. I hope you find relief soon. Prayers and hugs.
I get this. Is mostly confined to my wrists and forearms though. It feels like a deep ache. Like if I looked and saw a bruise there then the feeling would make sense.
Sometimes a muscle relaxer will help. More often than not I end up covering half my upper body in eucalyptus and clove oil. The Oils work well (as long as it's not spasming) but it only lasts a couple hours.
I have this pain too. Iām constantly rubbing at my hands, wrists and neck trying to get relief, but the fingers I use to rub then get extra sore. š
In regard to the clicking and grinding--I have those symptoms too, with swollen joints (2nd joint) Doc said it is tendinitis. He injected a steroid, which lasted about 8 months. I would like to get the injection again, but they are exceedingly painful.
I had rather have the recommended surgery, but have so many problems that I keep putting it off.
Hope you can get some help.ššš
