Members reassured someone feeling guilty about having good days with fibromyalgia that symptoms naturally fluctuate unpredictably, with many describing the condition as never knowing what to expect from one day to the next. Several members shared that while pain comes and goes, fatigue and brain fog are often the hardest symptoms to manage, with encouragement to embrace feeling good without guilt since bad days will inevitably return. A recurring theme was taking life one day at a time, holding onto hope for gradual improvement, and recognizing that fibromyalgia affects everyone differently.

Hi Tina,
Unfortunately this is why fibro keeps us on our toes. Symptoms will come and go and never know how you feel one day to the next. You will have days where you feel kinda normal, hey what's normal lol. Other days you're down for the count.
Fibro is a lot like Forest Gump.
It's like a box of chocolates, you never know what your going to get next.
Gentle hugs Heather πŸ’œπŸ’œ

Hi. That sounds like me! Just cos there's no pain doesn't mean anything. I always say I can fight through the pain but the fatigue and brain fog are the worst to deal with.

Yep, and who knows, you might just gradually get rid of it forever. There is reports of that too. I always believe it the best scenario...what do you have to lose/ You have just as much chance of it, than anyone else....HOPE, IS ALWAYS THE ANSWER....remember this, what the doctors tell us...' IT IS NOT A LIFE THREATINING , IT IS A DISORDER YOU CANNOT DIE FROM.
