Sencertivity To Tast

Hi everyone
I need information does any one suffer with sencertivity to there tast buds? Only since Sunday I could test the salt in the food.
👧🏽normally I add salt👧🏽 I use to lace my food with it😳 but now it's wired am tasting it very strong and its putting me off my favourite foods😳

Yes I've just realised I've gone off chocolate sugar salt tastes too strong.i can't drink coffee just now n again. It's weird.

Yes I have problems tasting foods. I just thought it was because I have sinus issues.

I suffer sensitivity with taste a lot too, I thought it was due to medication but it could be the ever branching symptomania of fibromyalgia. Gentle hugs

I have that and I was told its because of my sjogrens syndrome. everything tastes like you dumped the salt shaker on it and leaves the tongue with a burning feeling and does put off your appetite for food.

It might just be your body telling you you dont need anymore salt
