Swollen Glands Under Armpit
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Hi guys, do u suffer from mild pain under your armpit from time to time?

I do have the EBV virus. I was wondering if it could be either. Ive been for a sonar last year november for my breast and armpits and everything is normal.

I actually have one right now that's been there for some time, but I also think my Dr sees me as a hypochondriac and I'm afraid to go in yet again. I'm glad someone else gets them.

Yes, I get them. Sometimes they show up when I’m sick or I’ve been told that they also can signal your body is fighting something off. Anyways, my doctor prescribed an ointment to put on the swollen gland/lump. It seemed to help.

I have them also, off and on, and I have EBV. I believe EBV is also related to Fibro. I had CFS for about 8 months due to EBV, prior to progressing to fibromyalgia.

Yes, I get it quite often and sometimes they hurt if you touch them and almost every time they are there my armpits itch. I thought it was just me, food to know I’m not alone.
