I think it's the fibromyalgia, I have had a mammogram and tests and no breast cancer but my breast feel like a couple of boils and the pain when I take my bra of is excruciating it's better when I don't wear a bra it feels so much better

I’ve had this for years, but now I’m getting itchy nipples too but mainly in my left breast. I have fibrocystic breasts so I usually have pain and discomfort. I recently had tests. No lump, discharge, or any skin abnormalities. But I’m going to see a surgeon specialist soon to further give me peace of mind. It could very well be fibro.

worst. The gentle soothing ones are better. I am going to
try some water exercise and will let you know if it help.
Hope you will rest up relax and see if it will relieve some stress I find we overdo things and pay for it later.
Fibro pains has a lot of different trigger points.

I have a lot of pain in the muscle that comes from the back and goes under my underarms and up above the breast. It is on both sides of my body and sometimes is very painful. Dr. says it is one of my trigger points. I don't know if this is any help to you but massage helps and I also go to acupuncture.

Yes, mine hurt too, especially my left just kills me sometimes but constantly hurts
