Members confirmed that experiencing fibromyalgia pain more intensely on one side of the body is common, with some feeling it predominantly on the right side and others on the left, regardless of their dominant hand. Several members shared that their pain distribution ranges from 80-90% on one side, with some noting additional concerns like muscle spasms, trigger finger, or chest pain that mimics heart-related issues. A recurring theme was the unpredictable nature of fibromyalgia, with the consensus being that asymmetrical pain is just another facet of living with the condition.

I feel 80% of the pain on my right side. Unfortunately most of my left side pain is in that I experienced on my left side is in the front. When this is happening it's really hard because I get concerned about whether or not I'm having heart-related problems.
