Yup all left side for me but now it seems like both feet too

I went through the exact same thing. It's started on my left side and then spread. They ran so many different tests because it was left side first and found nothing. At one point they were saying it was carpal tunnel...I hate it because my pain levels are always worse on my entire left side, which freaks me out that it's my heart, but I've had that checked too. I've heard it's usually your dominant side, but I'm right handed so I didn't even fall into that category correctly haha. Fibro is just a sneaky little something that makes everything so difficult

Thought it was just me going mad! My left side is worse than my right but as you all say the pain is all over the whole body from head to feet. I have had cramp from hip to toe on the outside of my left leg for more than 24 hours. If anyone has suggestion what can help ease the pain I would be greatful

I have more pain on the left side a lot more than the right.But fibro pain travels everywhere so no guarantees from one day to another where or what part of the body it hurts next

Yes mine was left, then right, then both.
