I've been having off and on irritation in hands, when at rest and no clothing or anything touching them. Kind of rash feeling but no sigh of rash.

Members connected over the frustrating experience of unexplained hand irritation without visible rash, with several identifying symptoms consistent with Raynaud's phenomenon or fibromyalgia-related nerve sensations that worsen with temperature changes or inactivity. Many community members described practical remedies that have brought relief, including running cold water over hands, using unscented creams like Balm of Gilead salve, CBD cream, wearing cotton gloves, and one member suggesting Anbesol oral anesthetic applied with a Q-tip to numb severe itching. A recurring theme was the challenge of describing these phantom sensations that feel like something rubbing or touching the skin when nothing is there, with members offering both emotional validation and creative solutions born from personal trial and error.

I understand. Have been using non-scented creams and ointments. I am using *Balm of Gilead Healing All Purpose Healing Salve, or Ointment in *Silver container. It absorbs into the skin. Though I do wear a pair of *CVS brand cotton gloves one can get at drug store. I turn lining inside-out.
Mine is *Day Three, from Bath & Body and is a 2 once container.
I am sending another found on line that is *4 ounces. This is great for dry skin, also. Hope this helps.

Yes it is. I use the CBD cream for my hands & feet when they bad. It soothes it.

Amy,

It's been a while. But I know what you mean. Felt like digging a hole into my hand, *TRYING to stop it, by scratching. Hope I don't have that, again and that it leaves you alone.

***Thought: See if you can find a bottle of *Anbesol! It's an Oral Anesthetic. *But It NUMBS The Pain! I have used this on itches (like chiggers) to stop the pain, before. Maybe this will help. Worth a try. Wash and thoroughly dry hands. Then use a *Q-Tip (as many as needed) to apply onto the area that is itching. *If necessary, let dry and apply TWICE. Remember. Our hands have thicker skin. I hope this helps. Take care, sweetheart. Agape.

My hands & feet do that. Not at specific times, just when they are irritated. Running cold water over them helps to soothe.

Good luck.
