I have noticed when I'm sleeping in bed or even lying in bed my feet tingle, and keep me awake. Has this happened to you? Any suggestions on cause or treatment?

Members connected over the frustrating experience of tingling feet that disrupt sleep, with many sharing that they have dealt with similar sensations for months or even years. Several members offered practical strategies that have helped them find relief, including elevating the legs above the heart, wearing night splints for plantar fasciitis, trying CBD or medical marijuana, drinking tonic water for its quinine content, and taking magnesium powder before bed. A recurring theme was the importance of ruling out underlying causes like restless legs syndrome, peripheral neuropathy, or fibromyalgia by consulting with a GP, rheumatologist, or neurologist to find the right treatment approach.

For the last year my hands and feet almost constantly are numb/tingly. Constantly dropping things if I'm not concentrating on holding on. Seemed like cymbalta was helping that at first , but hasn't been helping recently.

Could be restless legs or peripheral neuropathy.

Yes, I do. It's not restless legs that is different. I had to raise my feet above my head for a while so that I could sleep. I found that medical marijuana made them feel better. If you don't have that, maybe try CBD.
