Members strongly related to experiencing sudden onset cold-like symptoms that force them to lie down and rest, with many noting this happens at a predictable time each day, most commonly between 2 and 5 pm. Several members shared that they have learned to recognize these episodes as their body's urgent signal to rest and recharge, often falling into deep 30-minute to hour-long naps that help them recover. A recurring theme was viewing these episodes as the body's warning system rather than something to fight, with some members also exploring potential triggers like food sensitivities, adrenal exhaustion, or medication reactions.

Annzie. I think the adrenals have a lot to do with our conditions. Treating my adrenals which were in advanced adrenal exhaustion has GREATLY improved my condition. It’s a two year process but need to definitely control all sources of stress- mental, physical, chemical, and foods that are harmful to you.

Yeah! Right around 2 pm. And it has nothing to do with how I slept the night before!

Yes I get this often, its usually your body telling you to slow down and recharge. It's not nice at all but it does make you rest up. xxx
