I had that a lot last year. Less this year. Hope yours will get better.
Have you checked for a low blood pressure when this occurs?
Yes
Happens often
I do, and it’s weird feeling.
Yes. Not sure what it is was. I was light headed, and a weird feeling going through my body just the other day. I didn't know if I could continue standing at the sink. I have had plenty light headed, dizzyness, But, this was concerning. It has not happened again. I keep telling myself, journal, journal what I eat. Hours of sleep, and if I did not sleep at all. I just know that more answers could be found. One thing is a lot less exercise. Had built up to four walks a day with Annie🐾🐾, for the last two years. But my darn compressed disk, is down to 1/3. The pain goes through my pelvis, and down my legs. L5 S1 Compression. We get one decent walk in a day for the last few weeks now. Some days the pain is off the charts. But, I go as far as I can, and then I turn back home with Annie. The heat is back again, in the low 80's most days. This is just February! The heat and humidity is just too much. So we do the longer walk after 9pm to 1 am. I am up with pain, so I get Annie out, to get much needed exercise.
Keep on, keeping on..
