I know what you are going through. I myself have this problem I also deal with add so super difficult. What I do is deep breathing depending on the severity of the pain if you just do good ol deep breathing it can help to recenter yourself and bring you back to the moment on hand. Hi! I don't have any advice cause I have that problem myself. What I do is walk away from the situation then come back to it and try and read. I cant seem to stay focused on anything to long. Good luck and God Bless You

Im the same. I find it comes and goes so i try to be patient and just relax and be kind to myself when im like this because there will be days when i can focus better and can catch up. I read for hours yesterday and sat although i wasnt able to all last wk. Hope this helps😊

I listen to books on audible or radio plays. If you type audio books in to you tube there's loads on there
