Indeed natural foods I love bananas ๐ avocados , peanuts , popcorn , grapefruit soft boiled egg sometimes love organic veggies I can eat small amounts of dairy like yogurt , Parmesan cheese ungrated , if I eat pre grated cheese of any kind I get sick not sure what they do to it, I use almond milk coconut milk
I don't know your history but make sure you don't have an undiagnosed cardiac issue, heart failure in particular. That could be your only symtom, but also shortness of breath and exercise intolerance. Also, kidney issues. If all clear, then elevation and low sodium. If it happens at the end of the day, could try compression stockings too! I still use mine if I'm going to be on my feet all day.
