Has anyone experienced this? Where talking seems to exhaust your throat or vocal cords or something?

I do too. My husband is always chattering away to me and asking questions and when they're not necessary, I just have this feeling as if I'm just too tired to answer. As if I need ALL my energy, including the energy used to speak.

Does it feel like things aggravate your throat or vocal cords? Things like too much talking? Or breathing deep? I don't know, it's weird.
