Members responded to someone feeling sick and restless even when not in pain, with many confirming they experience similar symptoms including nausea, headaches, and a sense of their body being in shock on better days, often linked to overlapping conditions like IBS, GERD, and autoimmune disorders. Several members shared practical strategies including keeping detailed symptom and food diaries for doctor appointments, eliminating and reintroducing foods one at a time to identify triggers, and supplementing with Vitamin D and CoQ10 under medical guidance. A recurring theme was the importance of continued medical investigation to rule out other conditions beyond fibromyalgia, with members offering solidarity around the challenge of living with multiple chronic illnesses and the relief that comes from finally getting answers.

I encourage you to keep doctoring. There are many things to rule out before fibromyalgia dx and then too, just because you have fibromyalgia, that doesn't mean you couldn't have something else as well. Keep a journal of your symptoms that you can take to your Dr. appointments. Good luck !

Yes, most of the time on my good days I feel sick to my stomach. And I get really restless, it is almost like my body goes into a shock state because there is no pain (because it is use to being in pain more then not in pain). The meds could be causing it as well.

I also take Vitamin D; 2000 a day,rx, along with Co Q10, amitriptyline and pain med. I write down everything I take and reactions to foods, as well. Being forgetful, this helps me a lot.

Yes, sick to stomach most days with headaches then the pain comes. But I have IBD, GERD, and diverticulosis. On top of fibromyalgia.

I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Gerd and Sjogrens which makes me feel sick every day. I had to go back and start trying foods one at a time just like you would with a baby to see how my body would react to a food to be able to rule it in as a food I could tolerate or rule it out as one I could not tolerate. I made a sheet so I would add a food to one side of in or out as a food I could tolerate or not. There are not a lot I can tolerate but at least I now know which irritate and make me sick and which ones do not. It was hard at first to do this but the results are good for me to be able to control my diet in the best way. I do take a lot of supplements. I do have to take a prescription Vitamin D3 as I need 50000 iu once a week. Normal D3 supplements in Calcium in combination with OTC D3 still left me lacking enough of D3.
