I have yeast throughout my whole body. I have been on Duflucan for a year. It affects my sinuses and painful bumps under my arm.

Members connected over the frustration of chronic candida and yeast overgrowth, with many sharing that fibromyalgia may contribute to recurring infections throughout the body, including sinuses, groin, underarms, and breasts. Several members found relief through daily probiotics with high live cultures (especially acidophilus), strict dietary changes eliminating sugar, gluten, and dairy, and keeping affected areas clean and dry with antifungal creams and moisture-wicking fabrics. A recurring theme was the importance of consulting specialists like dermatologists, considering conditions like hidradenitis suppurativa if traditional treatments fail, and not giving up even when relief takes months of disciplined lifestyle changes.

Anyone dealing with yeast overgrowth please get a probiotic like acidophylus and take it daily. I have had yeast infections my whole life but since i started taking this i havent had any yeast problems in over 5 years. Puritans pride is good quality but much cheaper than anywhere else.

Is it actually yeast or hidradenitis suppurativa? If the later I recommend steeping green tea for 7 minutes or so. Then applying the tea bags directly to the cysts/boils as a warm compress for as long as you can. After that, apply a mixture of grape seed oil mixed with tea tree oil directly to each cyst/boil using either your clean hands or cotton ball.

If you have any open sores, try to get a prescription for clindamycin 1% gel to kill or prevent any infections.

If you are not already, you should be seeing a dermatologist for this condition.

If you are in fact dealing with candida, a very restrictive diet is your best chance from overcoming it. Google candida diet to get an idea of what it entails

Yes. I have had yeast infections my whole life. Fibro seems to cause a yeast overgrowth in us. I started taking probiotics many years ago and have not had an infection since. I take acidophilus that has over a billion live cultures at the time they're manufactured. Look for that when you buy them. I order from puritan pride because they are much cheaper but good quality.

I take probiotic every day and have no more yeast infections. When I was younger, before probiotics were on the market I drank cranberry juice which was recommended by the urologist at that time.
