Spikes under your tongue

Have any of you had spikes or stabbing needles sensation under your tongue to a point that your tongue parilizes and you can’t talk and you have no control of your own saliva?

I have experienced something similar but I'm really not sure it relates to fibro. I would definitely ask your doctor. Please let us know what you find out.
