Yes Sadie. This kind of pain is common to some. I’ve had a few times. Landed me in the hospital a couple times before I was diagnosed and learned more about the symptoms. It can be very scary. I thought I was having a heart attack.

Yes. Its probably costochondritis. Its an inflammation of the chest wall. I use ice packs and ibuprofen to bring down the inflammation. 2 trips to the er before I was diagnosed. It felt like a heart attack. I hope you feel better soon. Hugs
