Oh yes! Diet is everything in my life! It has taken years but I know what I can and can’t eat. Food allergy tests have helped the most.

I usually can’t eat in the morning because my stomach just says no. I carry good protein bars for when the hunger does kick in.

Dicyclamine (<-sp?) helps with my colon spasms. It is a specific muscle relaxer for the intestine.

I find too that because I’m always constipated from my meds, I get horrible pains, usually in my lower abdomen but sometimes right up to under my breasts! Once I finally start going to the washroom, the pain goes away! It took me a long time to figure this one out but I’m glad I did! The pain is like a stabbing pain then lingers for a bit and it goes away, sometimes for hours and sometimes just for minutes!!
