Random Sharp Pains
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

So in just the last three days or so I’ve been getting random sharp pains in my left lower leg and the right side of my neck. It’s almost like a jolt of pain that just comes and goes. I know pain is a part of Fibro but my pain is usually more constant when I have a flair.

I have the same thing. I believe it is related to the fibromyalgia. My doctor doesnt have any input as to what it might be. I experienced the same thing last winter. Mine also go behind my ear into my head. I havent found anything that helps.

I get the electric shock/bolts of pain. Its random and I never know where they will hit next. I hate it especially when having conversations at work.

That personally sounds like sciatica for leg because I have same issue and have sciatica but neck I am not sure. I continually over extended my neck get simpler pain. I am not sure if it helps but I can relate.
