My specialist prescribed me vitamin D tablets, currently just take one a month. I notice it helps hugely with the fatigue, i usually feel like i have way more energy and just feel better in general for 2 weeks. I'm hoping to get my dr to prescribe a dose every fortnight, seeing him tomorrow.
