Hyper sensitivity on skin is definitely a fibro symptom. Touch is not always a positive thing to those of us in this type of flare.
Everything hurts me. I suffer from migraines an wake every morning with them. I hurt so bad I just want to cry but I can't because I have people who depend on me. I usually I'm just staying at home I'm my soft nightgown. If I go shopping I wear yoga pants an the softest shirt I can find. I've put in jeans an its like my legs are on fire so I have to take them off.
Prayers Claudia an know.you are not alone.
Yes, it’s the nerve endings under the skin... Soo sensitive. And outer skin hurts also.. clothes really bother me, and worse in winter
I have a hard time with clothing some days, if its too tight I am uncomfortable, too heavy, like thick jeans, its exhausting or more work to walk as well as hurts my skin. If its baggy its more work or seems like it, so i mostly wear leggings or skinny jeans with some soft leggings although some days that is too much, If i have my hair up in ponytail for too long, it hurts when i let my hair down. I usually try to explain it like when you have the flu and your skin is achey to the touch but people still dont seem to get the jist of what I am explaining, which makes me wonder how long I have actually had this.. Cold air hurts, anything cold touching my skin hurts and I feel it for several minutes after... its weird ❤️
Yes, all of it. Something to do with the nerve sheath along the top of your skin...
