I want a jacuzzi. Getting in the tub is easy, getting out is not. I don't mind a hot shower, just can't stand long.

I have a regular size tub but it has 10 jets. I love it. I take epsom salt baths a lot. Sometimes I fall asleep in the tub. It is a regular size tub so I won't drown but the jets on the back can really leave round welts.lol

Showers run the water as hot as you can & do a body massage they both will loosen up the muscles. A therpist told me this trick, & it works for me. The new Icy Hot Smart Relief Tens Therapy works it is make for people with chronic pain. You don't feel it when on but when it stops you feel better , looser & more relax give it a try & it is around $30.00 have replacement pads I have used the same pad for about 6 months & still fine the best money spent & a whole lot cheaper the a therpist visit!

If I get in a hot tub, I feel great for about 30 minutes after I get out. Then it's like when the warm wears off my back gets twice as tight! It's really aggravating.
