I've had this in several spots, my left shin, elbow and left shoulder near my neck

Yes, yes & yes. I get the “sunburned” feeling on my shoulders all the time. The pins and needles and jabs in my hands, feet and legs. I also get that hot and buzzing feeling often in my arms and hands. Then there’s the itching.....

That’s my main fibromyalgia symptom, all over when in a bad flare, even my scalp...a burning/stinging sensation.

Yes, I get the stabbing pain in at least one part, especially toes and fingers, every single day. Have to stop whatever I am doing and breathe through it, for however long it takes.

I get pins and needles too, mostly feet.
