I saw a program on TV done by Dr Micheal Moseley about blood and that when you exercise your blood delivers more oxygen to your muscles. However at some stage your blood cannot take in any more oxygen and it is then that your muscles get sore. Athletes use oxygen to improve their performance. It made sense to me then that if you are put into a hyperbaric oxygen tank it puts more oxygen into your muscles and hence less pain. I know this is being done in Scotland and I am going to speak to my doctor about it. I will let you know what he has to say.

I think if it were a cure, our doctors would have sent us to try a few times as I’m sure they’re sick of dealing with us! Lol. Just kidding, I love my doctor and he is so helpful, I thank my lucky stars everyday that I have him! I have heard it makes you feel better but I don’t believe it’s cure whatsoever!!
