Was just in the mornings when I first stood up but now during the day. Standing is worse but still hurts when sitting.

Members rallied around someone experiencing severe foot pain, with the overwhelming consensus pointing to plantar fasciitis as the likely cause and urging a visit to a podiatrist for custom orthotics, which many described as life-changing for their own foot, knee, hip, and back pain. Several members shared practical relief strategies including Epsom salt soaks, pharmacy arch supports like Protalus, stretching exercises before getting out of bed, and pool-based exercise to reduce weight-bearing stress on painful feet. A recurring theme was the frustration of accepting chronic pain as normal, the challenge of mobility loss affecting quality of life and weight, and the validation that comes from partners or loved ones witnessing the daily struggle of living with invisible pain.

plantar fasciitis Was my first Fibro symptom. I manage it with supports for my arches which I got from my pharmacy. I have very high arches. plantar fasciitis Seems to very common amongst Fibromites!

I stretched my legs and feet before I got out of bed this morning and NO pain when I put my feet to the floor! Only did stretching for 4 or 5 minutes. Will keep this up to see if it continues to work. Will be getting back to the pool as well for aqua jogging. It may help the pain during the day. Even if this reduces the pain it will be worth it.

Yes had plantar fasciitis in both heels terribly until I saw a good sports podiatrist that made me orthotics. They also help somewhat with the burning, throbbing of my entire feet which I guess is neuropathy. I never wear shoes without them or I regret it.

I also have foot pain from flat feet worse as I get older. Protalus arch support eases foot pain, knee and leg pain, hip pain and back pain. Before they could work I got cortisone injections for arthitis in the top of my feet and referred pain.. Podiatrist was very helpful diagnosing.

You could try soaking your feet in Epsom Salts.

The Foot pain could be plantar fasciitis you could go to your pharmacist to see if there is anything you could get that would help.

Look up plantar fasciitis on the internet for treatment of the condition.
