Does anybody else suffer with severe pain in their Hands, Fingers and Feet? It's even Painful to Pick up things. I could barely drive my car today because of the pain I was getting in my hands?
Thanks

Members deeply connected over the conversation about severe hand and finger pain, with many confirming it as a common and debilitating symptom of fibromyalgia that affects their ability to perform daily tasks like driving, typing, and picking up objects. Several members shared practical remedies that have brought them some relief, including wearing carpal tunnel braces during sleep and while driving, soaking hands and feet in hot water with Epsom salts multiple times daily, layering gloves and socks to keep extremities warm, using Arnica cream or pills, applying heat with heating pads, and trying Voltaren gel for throbbing pain. A recurring theme was the frustration of pain that migrates to different body areas over time, the challenge of maintaining employment when hands become too painful to use, and the emotional toll of living with unpredictable flare-ups that make even short car trips leave members worthless for days.

My feet! I wake up, and when I put my feet down (with socks and slippers on) I can barely walk due to the severe pain and tenderness. I guess that’s just another symptom that I am going to have to deal with now because of my fibromyalgia pain. I was diagnosed only 2 years ago and I am basically new to learning how to deal with it. I have had the pains for years but has been worsening since 2013, and I am unable to work, on disability, and have gained more than 50 lbs. all advice from my Fibromyalgia family (all your wonderful help!) is deeply appreciated! Gentle Hugs to All!

Yes. My hands hurt daily. I don't have arthritis. There are many days when I can't use my hands to do anything. I'm trying to figure out how to work because typing has become difficult. I just generally stop what I'm doing and rest.

I also have very painful hand and on my legs just above the ankle down into my feet! My thumbs are so sore, I’m the same as you, drop things when I go to pick them up! The backs of my hands also, where my veins run, throb so much every night I could just cry! Voltaren seems to help but god I go through a lot of it! Lol. Three months or two years from now it will be a different area hurting so bad! Oh this wonderful life of Fibro!!!
